Refund policy

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase, but we understand that sometimes things just don't work out. Our return policy is designed to make the process as smooth and hassle-free as possible. Here are the details:

• Returns are accepted up to 30 days after purchase.
• If it has been more than 30 days since your purchase, the product may be returned for store credit.
• Returns must be shipped back within 14 days the return request or the return request will be cancelled.
• Exchanges should be processed as a return, once we have received the product, the exchange will be initiated, and the restock fee will be refunded.** please note shipping fees are nonrefundable
• If you do choose to return an item, a return shipping fee as well as a 10% restock fee will be deducted from your refund. If you choose to purchase a shipping label from a different carrier, only the 10% restock fee will be deducted. These costs are the responsibility of the customer.
• All returns must be received in original condition with the original packaging and tags attached. All returns are subject to inspection and a 30% damage fee will be deducted from the refund amount if items are returned with noticeable signs of use.
• Please note that we do not offer labels for purchase for any returns of orders placed outside the Contiguous U.S. or USPS labels. This includes PO Boxes, APO Boxes, Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico, and international returns.
